Gregory W. Smith has extensive experience in civil litigation, real estate law, business law, divorce law and, for the last several years, has focused on bankruptcy law. He enjoys playing banjo and fiddle and likes to sail. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bankruptcy Institute, Federal Bar Association, State Bar, and Eaton and Ingham Bar Associations.

Mr. Smith received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1968. His Juris Doctor degree was attained at Wayne State University in 1972. He began the practice of law in Grand Ledge, Michigan, in 1972, and with his brother Terry. Together, they formed Smith Bros. Law Office, P.C. In 1980, he was one of the founders of the Debt Relief Legal Clinic of Michigan, P.C.
